There’s nobody in Leeds more illuminated than Andy Savage, who is making an occasion of his first ever Light Night.
“I’ve been meaning to come here for years,” he said.
“It took me about 20 hours of wiring and soldering to put this together but it makes people smile!
“Millennium Square is where I’m heading next!”
