A FINE half century from Joe Bellwood proved in vain as HUNSLET NELSON A lost their CYL Division Four match against Altofts A.
Bellwood hit 61 as Nelson made 206-9 from their 45 overs after going in first and there were other decent efforts from youngster Oliver Newton (40), Andy McIntosh (24) and Adnan Taj (24). But Altofts batsmen also found conditions to their liking as they reached their target with seven wickets to spare, although they cut it a bit fine in only getting home with six balls left. Wicket takers for Hunslet were Mark Loughlan (2-46) and Taj (1-51).
