While these developments won’t all come to fruition this year, as they are awaiting approval from planning chiefs at Leeds City Council, they may soon be in the works. Here are 10 developments that could form part of the city’s landscape in the near future.
1. Martin House Children's Hospice

2. Rebuild of the LGI

3. St James's Hospital Pathology

4. White Rose Centre station

5. Holbeck 24-storey apartment block
