Build a Leeds Bradford Airport station at the actual airport - YEP letters
Would anyone from Leeds City Council care to explain to us the point of spending untold millions on a new station (over a mile from the airport, on the Harrogate line, that requires a bus or taxi to get to the actual airport) when we already have Horsforth Station (two miles from the airport, on the Harrogate line, that requires a bus or taxi to get to the airport)?

Not to mention, there would then be an additional station stop slowing down Leeds-Harrogate rail journeys? It is the usual fudged thinking from our council regarding transport planning.
Either build a proper airport station at the actual airport or spend the money on something badly needed - such as widening the single lane bottlenecks on the ring road from Rodley through Horsforth into the two lanes it’s always needed.
