Woman due in court charged with attempted murder over Harehills hit-and-run

A woman has been charged with attempted murder after another woman was knocked down by a car in Leeds last month.

Yvonne Sanderson is due to appear at Leeds Magistrates' Court today (Monday) over the collision, which occurred on Foundry Approach in Harehills.

A 24-year-old woman was knocked down in the incident on Saturday, November 23.

Sanderson, 24, of Cambrian Street, Holbeck, is charged with attempted murder and dangerous driving.

She will appear in court later today.
