Police have launched an urgent search to find a missing pensioner last seen in a hospital.
Diana Crean, 79, was last seen as Fieldhead Hospital in Wakefield.
She is described as slim, 5ft 4, short grey hair and was wearing a green paisley top, purple cardigan, blue coat, fur hood and walking stick.
West Yorkshire Police said the force are concerned for her welfare.
