A big day for hopefuls in competition
JUDGES from Britain in Bloom got a warm welcome as they ran the rule over Barwick in Elmet's colourful floral displays.
The Barwick in Bloom group is representing Yorkshire in the large village section of the prestigious competition.
Respected horticulturists Darren Share and James Cordingley met local group members during their judging visit to Barwick.
The competition’s winners will be announced in October.
