A load of rubbish

OVER several weeks I have contacted Leeds City Council three times regarding rubbish/waste that has been dumped near to the children's play area at the junction of Millbeck Approach and Magpie Lane.
I have also contacted the Morley Town Council clerk on two occasions.
Despite repeated promises the matter would be attended to, the rubbish is still there (which includes a large household electrical appliance).
You would have thought that with the local elections looming on May 1, the current elected councillors would be trying to win over voters by dealing with things such as this – or are they too busy out and about trying to impress voters with promises they cannot deliver? The party that is responsible for getting the rubbish removed will win my vote.
